 What We Do 

Fit Club

Target: 5-11 yrs
Fun-loving, energetic and healthy exercise combined with games the youngsters will love !
This creative, focused fitness fun is designed to encourage participation, co-ordination, and raise the activity levels.
AeroDance

Target: 7-18 yrs
Fresh, funky, fitness workouts with the latest dance moves, grooves and cool cuts from the charts !
This session is designed to get kids moving to the music, feeling the rhythm, and strutting their stuff.
Couple this with pre-choreographed routines for the latest chart hits, interspersed with pulse raiser activities, this session is great for the developing co-ordination and aerobic fitness.
Team Combat
Target: 7-18 yrs
This is an energetic, 45-60 minute session of moves based on the self-defence disciplines, interspersed with team games to promote spatial awareness, co-ordination, creativity and peer interaction.
The deliberate changes of pace encourage cardiovascular development to match the intensity of the exercise, while the disciplined control supports the muscular strength development.
Classic Fitness Aerobics

The classic exercise to music aerobic session.
Freestyle choreography designed to support mobility with a focused cardio workout of increasing intensity, muscular strength and endurance exercises, and a post-workout stretch.
Butts, Legs & Tums

A low impact aerobic workout combined with specific exercises which target butts, legs and tums.
A great workout for all with fun and good music to keep you moving !
Circuit Training

Intensive 45-60 minute session of exercise station activities designed to target all major muscle groups and promote cardio-vascular fitness.
Fit Body Blast

An interval training programme with mixed impact aerobics, core stability and strength exercises combined.
Highly motivational with fantastic choreography and music—our favourite
Fit Box

Pads, gloves, skipping ropes and classic boxing circuit based training to give you an intensive 60 minute focused workout.
These sessions are geared to test your endurance, strength and stamina.
Not for the faint-hearted.
No really, we mean it. Seriously.
Fit Step

A modern twist to the classic step-based class with variable intensity to maximise your aerobic workout.

We have a range of activities that promote strength, stamina and suppleness as well as core stability and aerobic fitness.

 
We actively target the different age ranges with a choice of programmes, but we are happy to design activities on request to suit your need!
