We are working with local communities to provide:

Holiday Activity Programmes for local children

General classes for all ages and abilities

We have a range of price plans to suit every budget, and we're happy to talk about hall or studio hire.

If you have a Village Hall, or a Gym facility with a studio and want to fill it, then call or email us and let us know how we can help you.

Instructors

Want to give it a go yourself? It's not as easy as it looks...

You're already qualified in fitness, why not extend your range?

We're building a network of instructors to join us in delivering fitness programmes for children and adults.
