IAMFIT is a privately owned and operated fitness business run by professionally qualified and accredited fitness instructor Nicki Lamb.

Nicki has over 10 years experience in teaching, coaching, and sport fitness coaching for both adults and children.
 
The Way We Work
We believe in promoting health and fitness to everybody, whether you are 5 or 85!

We believe in making it fun and more accessible to everyone - and if you can’t come to us we will come to you !

We focus on giving the right workout to the right people. We will design and choreograph fitness programmes to suit the age range and ability of our clients. It doesn’t matter what your level of fitness is: we will have something that you will enjoy and that you will want to do again !
 
For the record, we have:
  • YMCA Level 2 Certificate in Health-Related Fitness for Children
  • YMCA Exercise to Music
  • Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
  • Membership of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs)

Professional Profile:

Nicki Lamb

Nicki began her fitness career by teaching everything aerobics- related to adults, and if that wasn't enough, she combined motherhood with a full time secretarial services role.

As a mum herself, Nicki understands the role model she plays in promoting a healthy, active lifestyle to both adults and children.

Nicki has opted for the best of both worlds, and is committed to promoting fitness for every body.
